2. We process your name, address, and personal identification number, as stated in the contract concluded with us, for the following purposes:

4. We process the data contained in your inquiries and communications to us, as well as data concerning employees and third parties included in documents you bring to our attention, for the following purposes:
This data will be retained for the duration of the contract between you and the lawyer, and thereafter for 6 years in the personal archive of the collaborating lawyer, for the purpose of establishing legal practice.
5. We do not use personal data for automated processing and do not create profiles. We never make automated decisions concerning you. We employ technical means for secure data storage. Data will not be processed for secondary purposes incompatible with the original collection purpose.
6. We strictly adhere to and ensure professional confidentiality. Data will only be disclosed for the purpose of asserting your interests or fulfilling legal obligations. For us, confidentiality is not only a professional obligation for lawyers but also a fundamental value.
7. Annually, we review the collected data, analyzing whether their retention is necessary for the stated purposes, your legitimate interests, or for the lawyer to fulfill their legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted.
8. You have the right to access, modify, correct, and port the data you have provided, to restrict our data processing, and even to request the deletion of your data.
Please note that any intervention in the data you provide may hinder the performance of the contract between you and the lawyer. In this case, the lawyer is exempt from liability. Please submit your requests to us in a manner that ensures the verification of the applicant's identity and entitlement.
